By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
3. Service description
The Ick Tracker provides informational tools for monitoring public Instagram profile activity, including public profile previews, follower and following signals, saved tracked profiles, rescans, and activity timelines. Results are informational only and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
4. Lawful use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use it to harass, stalk, threaten, shame, discriminate, defame, impersonate, or harm others, or to make decisions that require professional, legal, employment, credit, insurance, or safety review.
5. Zero tolerance
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not submit, share, request, promote, or use the service for abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable activity. We may remove offending content, suspend or terminate access, and act on abuse reports.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer the app except where law requires permission, scrape or overload our systems, transmit malware, interfere with service integrity, infringe third-party rights, upload unlawful content, or resell, benchmark, or automate the service without written permission.
7. Accounts
Sign-in uses email and password. Search may use an anonymous session. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account.
8. Payments
Premium plans are USD 9.99 weekly, USD 19.99 monthly or USD 39.99 yearly. The selected period renews automatically unless cancelled. Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout; the final price and transaction terms are shown before confirmation. After a confirmed guest purchase, use the purchase email and a verified account to activate access. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy and applicable rights.
9. User inputs and public profile data
You are responsible for usernames or content you submit and for ensuring your use respects applicable laws and third-party rights. We may process submitted public usernames and returned public profile data to provide scans, history, and activity views.
10. Intellectual property
All app software, branding, text, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Lonca, excluding user-provided inputs and third-party platform content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service as intended.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Using the service means you have been informed about that policy and the choices available to you.
12. Third-party services
The website uses Supabase, Apify and hosting services. We do not control external websites, their policies or public platform availability.
13. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation, or that any profile, follower, following, count, or activity insight is complete, current, or correct.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonca and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or reputation.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the service unlawfully, or if operational or legal reasons require it. You may stop using the app at any time.
16. Applicable law
Applicable mandatory consumer protection rules and statutory jurisdiction remain unaffected.
